POLICIES & FEES

  • Appointments are preferable with the exception of emergencies.

  • Bulk billing is available for pensioners, concession card holders and children under 16 years of age.

  • A standard consultation is up to 15 minutes. Please ring reception if you require a longer appointment e.g. procedures, pap smears, new patients, multiple issues or counselling.

  • We privately bill a gap for for other consultations. Your Medicare rebate can be directly deposited to your account at the practice.
  • Our fee structure is displayed at reception. We accept payment by debit card, Mastercard or Visa. Please note, we now no longer accept cash or cheque payments.

  • For all referrals, repeat prescriptions and blood test results, it is preferable to make an appointment.

  • Medical certificates and referrals are unable to be backdated.

  • Please be patient as urgent cases and complex patient problems may extend appointment times.
